Elytra App Terms of Service

a. Trash Image Submissions

  • When you submit pictures of trash, you must ensure that the images comply with applicable laws and do not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • By submitting images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable license to store, use, modify, and process the content to improve our Services, including training our machine learning models.

b. Location Data

  • When submitting a trash image, your location is recorded to help improve the accuracy of our Services.
  • You can manage location settings in your device preferences, but disabling location tracking may limit functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Privacy Policy
